Katherine Evans (Beth) is a partner at Abacus Business Consulting, which serves Medicare beneficiaries and Commercial clients. Previously, she worked at Fallon Health for 13 years as a sales executive selling Commercial insurance and Medicare. Beth has a broad range of experience within the areas of Medicare and Commercial health insurance. She represents most of the local and national carriers and services her clients throughout the country. Beth has a BS from The Ohio State University and is a licensed Insurance producer in MA, NH, FL, RI, ME, and CT. She has also been certified by America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) since 2015.

Karthink Kannan
Dean of Eller College
Karthik Kannan is currently the dean at Eller College of Management, University of Arizona. Previously, he was the Thomas Howatt Chaired Professor in Management at Purdue’s Krannert School of Management, director of Krenicki Center for BA and ML, and the academic director/co-director for MS (Business Analytics and Information Management) and the MBA programs. Karthik has been recognized as the Jefferson Science Fellow by the National Academy of Science. Karthik holds an M Phil from Carnegie Mellon University. He has been recognized as a thought leader in digital transformations, analysis of digital traces, and strategic foresighting.

Greg Meyer is an accomplished insurance executive with over 30 years of experience and founder of BeneParks, a health insurance agency providing insurance services in North Carolina. Greg specializes in catalyzing career growth, boosting sales performance, and nurturing leadership qualities for insurance agents and agencies. An alumnus of Bryant University in Marketing and Finance, Greg held various executive positions at national carriers such as New York Life, Aflac, MedMutual etc. before starting BeneParks.

John Hallam

John Hallam is a seasoned Healthcare leader specializing in Enterprise Architecture with a strong blend of technical and business expertise. Skilled at managing relationships with key stakeholders and C-Level personnel to drive business requirements, John is experienced at managing multi-functional teams, taking technology products and services to market, and successfully implementing multiple large Healthcare implementation projects. Prior to joining Agile Health, John Hallam was a technology leader at Optum, leading large enterprise implementations for Health Plans and Providers. John also worked as Director of Implementation at CSC and First Consulting Group, and is experienced in aligning multi-level subject matter experts within teams on behalf of customers to drive high utilization, lower costs, revenue margin, and successful mitigation of risk.

Dibs Mahanta is a healthcare technology and innovation strategist with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, payer operations, and value-based care. He has led transformative initiatives across health systems, health plans, and digital health companies, focusing on improving outcomes through data analytics, interoperability, and member engagement. He is known for bridging business and technical domains to drive sustainable, scalable impacts on healthcare delivery. Mr. Mahanta is a co-founder of Agile Health Technologies, and he also acquired, transformed, and exited the Healthcare Claims Disbursement solution, ClearCycle Corporation. He is very active in the community through his voluntary services as a member of ITServe New England and as an Institutional Review Board member at Milford Regional Medical Center. Mr. Mahanta holds a technical degree in Electronics Engineering, a diploma in Sales and Marketing, and a PMI Project Management certification.

Tom Arneman

He is the founder and managing partner of Tyber Edge, a firm dedicated to supporting early-stage health tech and data companies. Previously, Tom led commercial strategy at Senscio Systems, where he played a pivotal role in securing major health system contracts for virtual chronic care management. His background spans payer-provider partnerships, investor engagement, and early-stage sales development across health tech markets in the U.S. and Europe.

Mike Noonan is a seasoned healthcare executive and consulting leader with extensive experience in health plan operations, digital health, and strategic transformation. He is the founder of Strategic Health Consulting LLC, where he advises healthcare organizations on operational strategy and growth. Previously, Mike held IT and management consulting leadership roles at Tufts Health Plan and EPAM Systems. His expertise spans enterprise software delivery, process/operations optimization, and professional services leadership in both startup and enterprise environments.

Keith Ledoux

Keith Ledoux is a seasoned healthcare executive based in Greater Boston with over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry. He currently serves as a Partner at Abacus Business Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in simplifying insurance solutions for Medicare beneficiaries. Throughout his career, Ledoux has held senior leadership positions at several prominent health insurers in the Northeast. He was Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at Health New England from 2019 to 2023. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Retention at Minuteman Health, Inc./Constitution Health from 2015 to 2019. His earlier roles included vice president of new sales, retention, and broker relations at Fallon Health and Regional Sales Leader at Tufts Health Plan. In addition to his professional endeavors, Ledoux is actively involved in the community. Mr. Ledoux holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Purdue University, an AHIP Executive Leadership Program certification from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science from Worcester State University.
